Scope

JARVIS Career Agent is a private, single-owner career-management application. It is not offered as a service to the public, has no public registration, and does not create accounts for other people. Databricks application permissions are intended to restrict access to the owner.

Current availability

The application is still being provisioned. Features described in the Privacy Policy as planned or pending may be unavailable, incomplete, or change before release. Availability is not guaranteed.

Third-party services

The application relies on third-party providers, including Databricks, Google, LinkedIn, Anthropic, and job-listing sources. Use of each provider is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. The owner is responsible for complying with them, including the terms of any job-listing API the application connects to.

Human review

Generated content, including tailored resumes, match scores, and keyword analysis, can be incomplete or inaccurate and requires the owner’s review before use. The application does not submit job applications or send resumes to employers on the owner’s behalf.

No warranty

The application and this documentation are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for decisions made using the application’s output.

How the application handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated before integrations, data uses, or the intended audience change. The effective date above shows the current version, and the public documentation repository records the history of published changes.
